♥ 200g [8oz] Melted Butter
♥ 3 Large Eggs
♥ ½ cup Caster Sugar
♥ 2 cups Self Raising Flour
♥ ½ cup Cocoa Powder
♥ 390g Galaxy Chocolate
♥ some Milk
♥ Preheat the oven to 160°C and grease an oven proof dish or baking tray. Make sure it's quite deep.
♥ Start to melt the chocolate. I add some milk to it to start it off and to make it more creamy. Remember to melt the butter too!
♥ Add the eggs and sugar into a bowl and whisk together. Sift half the flour and mix then sift the other half. Add the cocoa powder.
♥ Add the batter to the melted butter, a little bit at a time and mix until it becomes a lovely smooth mixture. No lumps and bumps!
♥ Add half the melted chocolate to the mixture and keep the rest for the super chocolately topping.
♥ Pour the mixture in the oven proof dish or baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes or until it is springy to the touch.
♥ Now you can either wait to put the topping on until it has cooled. But I do it straight from the oven as the heat remelts the chocolate and makes it easier to spread.
♥ Once the topping has set, cut into 16 squares and EAT!
