Gam's 'No Yeast' Pizza

I made this up one night for my boyfriend. He really wanted a pizza but didn't have any money. That's the reason for no yeast, we didn't have any in the cupboard! It's actually totally lush!
Makes 8 Slices

♥ 250g Self-Raising Flour
♥ 2 Eggs
♥ 100g Margerine
♥ 300g Tinned Plum Tomatoes (Napolina)
♥ 200g Cheese
♥ Toppings of your choice

♥ Preheat the oven to 190C and grease a baking tray.
♥ Rub the flour and margerine together to form breadcrumbs.
♥ Beat the eggs in a seperate bowl and add to the mixture a little at a time. Mix until it has bound but not too sticky (if it is just add more flour).
♥ Turn out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth.
♥ Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough and create the shape of your pizza base, make sure it fits onto your baking tray. Place it onto the tray.
♥ Heat up the tinned plum tomatoes and mash it all up so there are no giant bits!
♥ Spoon the tomato mix onto your pizza base. Then add cheese and any toppings.
♥ Place into the oven and wait for about 20-25 minutes.
